What is a good hormone replacement to help relieve crying spells during menopause?

i dont think anyone on here should be qualified enough or trusted enough to ask this question to because the wrong supplement could do harm to your body. i would ask your doctor because they know your body better and can be a better person to tell you and trustworthy answer. :)
