Concerned about my friend's behaviour?

Wow I feel like your talking about me (apart from the fact that she has an absent father and that she went and lived abroad), I think you should suggest her going for some counseling, even though it will be hard as she keeps everything to herself, it might be painful to bring up some things about her past but it will help in the long run, every cloud has a silver lining, things will get better for her. (will get back at ya)
