Is it safe to keep secret in a relationship?

I'm 23, and I've been intimately involved with over thirty guys i lost my virginity at the age of 16 ever since then i was just in and out of short term relationship. I never had a 1 night stan before, was never promiscuous, i was always looking for love, and fall for people too easily. My biggest fear is that if i should tell my partner this he will not love or look at me the same way. But i love him so much i hate keeping a secret from him. but i want to know should i tell him?
