Crampsss!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!?

i havent got my period yet and i m 14 but i think i may be having cramps and i m not sure how to make it stop or slow it down idk lol please help me?! i have had it for days now ...painfull.... =[] help me pls lol!?
