Eating while pregnant determines the kids likes and dislikes?

I absolutely love skittles, starbursts and any other fruit flavored candy. My mom recently told me she ate those foods during her pregnancy. Is it possible that the foods you eat when you are pregnant can influence what the kid likes to eat?
