How do I Find Moles and Molarity in this question?

0.4942 grams of KHP (potium hydrogen phthalate) was placed in an Erlenmeyer flask. 51 mL of freshly boiled distilled water was added to dissolve the KHP. Phenolphthalein indicator was added and the solution titrated against sodium hydroxide solution. The volume of sodium hydroxide solution required to reach the end point was 11.56 mL. How many moles of KHP are in the flask initially? What is the molarity of the sodium hydroxide solution?
