Is it safe to use stretch marks creame(er cocoa) during pregnancy?

I am 9 months pregnant! I want to use stretch marks creame (Palmer's er Cocoa Creame) , but I am worried - Will it affect my baby ? Should I wait till delivery? What precuations should i take while messaging? Thanks in advance!
