Did Waylon Jennings ever record "Yellow Rose Of Texas"? I thought it was Johnny Lee, or was it both?

I downloaded the mp3 from a shared-file site. I downloaded the same track twice, one says it's Waylon Jennings with Jesse Colter and the other says it's Johnny Lee with Lane Brody, but it is the same track. One has additional info on the Album, which was American Roads, but I can't find that album to verify for myself. Who's right?
