Can any one help with cable Knitting pattern?

It sounds like this one has a curved front hem edge and you are gradually adding stitches to it to make the curve. Your cable pattern sounds like it will only start once you have enough stitches available to to the Tw2L in row 5. Rows 2 through 4 where you are knitting and purling are the set up for it.
